Do you offer free shipping?

Which courier service do you use for delivery, and how long will it take for me to receive my package?

We utilize UPS, FedEx, and DHL for our courier services. Once your package is dispatched, it usually takes 3-6 business days for it to be delivered to your address.

Will I need to pay any taxes?

In some cases, your government may impose customs fees on your order. Please note that these fees are not imposed by our site, and you will be responsible for any applicable charges. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or elsewhere.

Can I change the shipping address after the package has been sent?

If you wish to change the shipping address, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to assist you with this matter. Please note that customers will be required to pay an additional fee per order for address changes，amounting to US$20.

What if I change my mind? Can I still cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@maxfree.com. As long as the product has not been shipped, we can cancel the order and provide a full refund. Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

What is your refund policy?

We accept refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via support@maxfree.com within 30 days from the date of delivery.

When will I receive the refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment account within 2-3 business days.

What is your warranty policy?

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by MAXFREE or MAXFREE's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
